CRIMES  AGAINST  NATIONAL SECURITY

Art.  114.  TREASON:

Elements:  

(a)  The offender is a Filipino or a resident alien;

(b) There is a war in which the Philippines is involved;

(c) The offender levies war against the government or adheres to its enemies, giving them aid or comfort.

CRIMINAL LAW, defined.

            It is that branch or division of municipal law which defines crimes, treats of their nature, and provides for their punishment.

A crime is an act or omission which is punishable under the law.  

If the crime is punished by the Revised Penal Code, it is called a felony. 

If it is a violation of a Special Law, it is called an offense.

Contract of Transportation/ CARRIAGE

F A contract whereby a person, natural or juridical, obligates to transport persons, goods, or both, from one place to another, by land, air or water, for a price or compensation.

  1. Common or Private
  2. Goods or Passengers
  3. For a fee (for hire) or Gratuitous
  4. Land, Water/maritime, or Air
  5. Domestic/inter-island/coastwise or International/foreign

Contract of sale-is a contract whereby one of the parties called the seller or vendor obligates himself to deliver something to the other called the buyer or purchases or vendee who on his part, binds himself to pay therefor a sum of money or its equivalent known as the price.
