THE REVISED PENAL CODE BOOK 1
CRIMINAL LAW, defined.
It is that branch or division of municipal law which defines crimes, treats of their nature, and provides for their punishment.
A crime is an act or omission which is punishable under the law.
If the crime is punished by the Revised Penal Code, it is called a felony.
If it is a violation of a Special Law, it is called an offense.

Contract of Transportation/ CARRIAGE
F A contract whereby a person, natural or juridical, obligates to transport persons, goods, or both, from one place to another, by land, air or water, for a price or compensation.

- Common or Private
- Goods or Passengers
- For a fee (for hire) or Gratuitous
- Land, Water/maritime, or Air
- Domestic/inter-island/coastwise or International/foreign
